My interest and enthusiasm in understanding the body/mind connection and the mechanisms of healing the self started as a young man and continue to this day. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that within, you have many strengths that can assist in overcoming your challenges. As your therapist, we’ll walk together, finding ways to help you reach your goals!
